Owner of Kuoni acquires Central and South America specialist
Journey Latin America, the Central and South America tour operator, has been acquired for an undisclosed sum by DER Touristik UK, also the parent company of Kuoni.
The firm, which was founded by Brian Williams and Chris Parrott 38 years ago, will remain in its Hammersmith office. It will be ran as a specialist business within DER Touristik UK.
Sarah Bradley, managing director, will stay with the company. She will report to Francis Torrilla, Managing Director of DER Touristik UK’s specialist division.
